When a heavy trailer or bed load makes your rear end sag, the LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate air springs add serious muscle. With up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling support, these 7" diameter double-bellows springs take the strain off your factory suspension so you stay level and steady. Steering and braking stay predictable, tires wear evenly, and your headlights point where they should instead of into the sky.
Every haul is different, and these air bags let you set them up for exactly what you’re carrying. Add air when towing a heavy fifth wheel or stack of lumber to keep things level, or drop pressure down to 5 psi for an easy, comfortable ride when unloaded. You can inflate each spring individually for side-to-side leveling when you’ve got an uneven load. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included for simple adjustments on the go, with the option to add a compressor system later.
These springs are built to handle serious work without giving up. Each bag uses 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber for strength and flexibility, while the upper and lower endcaps are made from high-strength Zytel nylon that’s lighter, stronger, and more corrosion-resistant than steel. Air Lift’s exclusive roll plates guard against abrasion and boost load capacity, while the internal jounce bumper helps protect the air spring and cushion the load if pressure drops too low. It’s a setup designed for years of hauling without leaks or premature wear.

You don’t need a shop full of tools to get these working. The kit includes mounting brackets, hardware, manual inflation valves, and air lines-everything needed to install the system and start tuning your suspension support right away. The brackets are compatible with most fifth-wheel and gooseneck hitches, making it a clean fit for trucks that do real towing work every day.

Arrived quickly and in great shape ( I have read of many that show up scratched and damaged) I have not installed them yet. Had 5000 in the past and they were great
Air bag installation was pretty simple having to perform on the ground. Instructions could have been a little clearer but not too bad. My only complaint is that when the truck is empty it rides rougher (5 Lbs. of air in bags) as the bags go in where the bump stop used to be. This limits upward travel and makes it rougher. I use these to support the 8K lbs load from 5th wheel and they lift it nicely at 90 psi.
Air bags and compressor work excellent. Supports the pin weight of our 34ft SMC Horse trailer with no issues on the Chevy 2500 HD Duramax.

Love my Loadlifter 7500. Pulling my 40 foot 5th wheel or loaded down with bulk salt in the winter, they work great. I put a single air port under my gas cap door. I would definitely purchase again for future trucks.
I found these to be easy to install. The install video answered all my questions and made the job go much quicker and I encountered no issues. I was able to install the airbags and compressor system all in one evening and after one year they are working flawlessly. I use these on pretty much a daily basis and so far have been very please with their performance.
24’ 2500hd. I use just for work. Air bags have been great. Air up with heavy loads bags handle weight great. Air down when truck is empty. I used to have add a leaf’s on previous trucks. Never again. Love the product.
I just finished the airlift 7500xl install on my 2020 Duramax dually and because of the 5th wheel prep doesn’t allow for the top U bolts to go into position. However if you remove the rear six bed bolts and loosen the front two about half an inch than lift the rear of the bed from the rear. I used a piece of cable and D-rings in the lower in bed tie downs and an engine hoist tow lift the bed about an inch in the rear being careful not to let the bed hit the cab- This allowed for the bolts to slide under the bed supports and into place

I think the product is great. I think your shipping is crap. I ordered the product on a Monday and had a note saying I would receive the order on Wednesday. The order did not show up. I called and was told it was delayed because the parts were buried in your warehouse, and they had to dig them out. I called right away and told them if the order was not going to be at the shipping address by Thursday, they needed to change the shipping address as the original address was to a business that would be closed on Friday. They did not change the shipping address. I was told I needed to change it. UPS would not change it. The disgusting part about this was you were told to change it before you even shipped it. I had to waste a day at a closed business waiting for the order to show up. I will not use Etrailer again.

Easy to install
Just arrived a little while ago. Very impressive looking air bags. They get installed the 19th at a shop near me recommended by e trailer
the air bags were easy to install and work very well to level my truck. went with the larger capacity option, didn't want to short change myself. run the bags at 70 psi while loaded and 5 psi while empty. ride is smooth and stable. I ran the airlines back to the license plate and mounted them there.
These 7500 XL bags have changed the game. I deliver RV’s and on occasion I use a gooseneck trailer to deliver heavy loads and nose heavy triple axle toy hauler RV’s. Obviously I don’t tow over my GCWR but it’s been at the limit many times. Using these bags have leveled my truck, I have no squat and with that comes better fuel mileage and better braking along with a much smoother ride. They are awesome and won’t ride without them again.

Self installed and really like the results even before pulling the 5th wheel. Trip planned in 2 weeks and sure will make towing better. 2020 GMC Sierra 2500HD with BW slider and Companion hitch. No issues on install.

Still have no issues and working great!
I've only used them a few times but so far the air springs seem to work well. Installation, however, was a problem. Despite checking with both Air Lift and eTrailer, these springs DO NOT install as advertised on a 2025 Chevy Silverado Duramax 3500 long bed dually. Almost everything works, but there is no way to get the top brackets over the frame rail. There is not suffient space between the rail and the bed of the truck. My son the mechanic and I tried everything we could think of for an hour and a half before giving up. I spent the next 4 hours figuring out how I could fabricate something that would work, buying the the parts I needed (that added about $50 to the cost), and piecing it all together. It works fine now, but a simple job turned into an all day affair and I don't like being mislead.

While the install was more difficult than I anticipated, I am very happy with these air bags. They provide the adjustable suspension I need for carrying heavy loads in the bed of my truck, like my Lance camper.

Bags are still holding air and have made a big difference in ride quality. Our service bed is heavy with tools and these bags handle these rough roads very well.
